DORS staff shall advise COMMUNITY OPTIONS INC FAMILY SERVICES, INC. if the individual is affected by a waiting list for DORS services and the anticipated length of any delay. The DORS counselor will develop with the person served an appropriate Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE).

ELIGIBILITY AND DORS PLAN DEVELOPMENT. The DORS Counselor shall determine eligibility in a timely manner consistent with DORS policy and the federal Vocational Rehabilitation Regulations (34 Code of Federal Regulations Part 361.42). The DORS counselor will develop with the person served an appropriate Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE).
