Career Assessment Services. Career assessment services (CAS) shall be provided in accordance with the CAS Checklist (Attachment I) and shall include the following elements, regardless of which assessment option is chosen: • Participation and input of the consumer throughout the process, particularly during each of the following activities – determining the purpose of the assessment, conducting an initial interview, developing the individual assessment plan, reviewing and discussing results and making recommendations; • Sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, ethnic and other environmental considerations; • Vocationally relevant behavioral observations and temperament factors; • Consideration of assistive technology needs.

Career Assessment Services. Career assessment services (CAS) shall be provided in accordance with the CAS Checklist (to be forwarded electronically) and shall include the following elements, regardless of which assessment option is chosen: · Participation and input of the consumer throughout the process, particularly during each of the following activities – determining the purpose of the assessment, conducting an initial interview, developing the individual assessment plan, reviewing and discussing results and making recommendations; · Sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, ethnic and other environmental considerations; · Vocationally relevant behavioral observations and temperament factors; · Consideration of assistive technology needs. CAS Reporting. CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. shall (1) share preliminary results with the consumer at the conclusion of the service, (2) prepare a report that summarizes, synthesizes and interprets results in written form understandable to the person served, (3) be available to discuss and explain results with the DORS counselor and consumer, as needed, and (4) forward the written report to the DORS counselor within 14 working days of completion of the career assessment, along with the invoice requesting payment as described in the Fees, Billing and Financial Procedures section of this Agreement. DORS may monitor a sample of reports for compliance with CAS standards. DORS will inform CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. immediately of any changes in DORS original or subsequent plans for the person served if this in any way affects the person’s assessment.

VR has been added to CAS Options that have been typically provided by CAS JH BAYVIEW ADULT PRPs. These services are available to individuals being served under a VR plan. VR Career Assessment Service Options to be provided: FOCUSED EXPLORATORY ITEMIZED COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY BASED CAS Reporting. The CAS professional shall share results with the consumer at the conclusion of the service, and shall summarize, synthesize and interpret results in written form understandable to the DORS consumer. A written report of the findings shall be forwarded to the DORS counselor within 14 working days of completion of the evaluation, along with the invoice requesting payment as described in the Fees, Billing and Financial Procedures section of this Agreement.

  • Inpatient Services Hospital This plan covers services provided while inpatient in a general or specialty hospital including, but not limited to the following: • anesthesia; • diagnostic tests and lab services; • dialysis; • drugs; • intensive care/coronary care; • nursing care; • physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; • physician’s services while hospitalized; • radiation therapy; • surgery related services; and • room and board. Notify us if you are admitted from the emergency room to a hospital that is not in our network. Our Customer Service Department can assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital. Coverage is limited to the number of days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Outpatient Services The following services are covered only at the Primary Care Provider’s office[selected by a [Member], or elsewhere [upon prior written Referral by a [Member]'s Primary Care Provider ]:

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Student Services 1. Students taking college classes for dual credit may utilize the same services that are available to other MCC students. MCC is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient access to such services as academic advising, learning materials (e.g., library resources), and other services for which the student may be eligible.   • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Outplacement Services The Executive shall receive reasonable outplacement services, on an in-kind basis, suitable to his position and directly related to the Executive’s Involuntary Termination, for a period of eighteen (18) months following the date of the Involuntary Termination, in an aggregate amount of cost to the Company not to exceed $50,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall cease to receive outplacement services on the date the Executive accepts employment with a subsequent employer. Such outplacement services shall be provided in a manner that complies with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(b)(9)(v)(A).
