Common use of Eligibility and Written Notification Clause in Contracts

Eligibility and Written Notification. It is the employee’s responsibility to submit written notification to the department’s Training Manager, upon the date of eligibility, requesting the Education or Certification Incentive. The employee will not be entitled to retroactive pay if the written notice has not been submitted, and/or received as in compliance.
