Changes in Plan. An employee may change from one hospital-medical-surgical plan to another on January 1st of any year, provided (s)he submits a notice in writing to the Employer's Employee Relations Department of his/her desire to change plans before the previous December 1st.
Changes in Plan. At any time during the term of this contract, both parties may consider any changes in health insurance that are mutually beneficial. In all other respects, current practice, and language regarding health insurance, including the two-month enrollment delay shall remain in effect.
Changes in Plan. The annual benefit shall increase to $1,500, effective 1/1/01.
