Eligibility Criteria And Duration. An eligible employee is entitled to up to twenty-six (26) weeks of Military Caregiver Leave during a single twelve (12) month leave period. The employee must be a spouse, domestic partner, parent, son, daughter or next of kin of the covered service member to be eligible for this type of leave and must meet the eligibility requirements for FML set forth in Section D. of this Article.
