Common use of Eligibility for Benefits Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Benefits. An employee who exhausts Sick Leave Payments at full salary under Article 20 and who, at the time he/she exhausts such payments and during a continuous period of disability thereafter, is totally disabled as defined in (c)(1) below receives monthly Extended Disability Benefits for the period described in (c) below. Certain employees not eligible for sick leave payments under Article 20 may be eligible for limited benefits as described in Section 15.

Certain employees not eligible for sick leave payments under Article 20 article 19 may be eligible for limited benefits as described in Section section 15.
