Accommodation and Other Expenses. Actual accommodation expenses and other directly associated business expenses incurred by an employee, while on assigned duty at a location other than the College campus to which he/she is normally assigned, will be reimbursed upon presentation of appropriate receipts. Any anticipated extraordinary business expenses shall be subject to prior approval by the Senior Instructional Officer/delegate.

Private accommodation will, where substituted for authorized overnight accommodation in a hotel, be reimbursed by a gratuity payment of $50 per night.
