Common use of Eligibility for Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Enrollment. Enrollment in the School shall be open to any child who resides within the state and is eligible to attend public school, subject to space limitations. The School shall admit students in accordance with S.C. Code Xxx. §59-40-50(B)(7) and as permitted or required by state and federal statutes, laws and regulations. In all cases, student recruitment and enrollment decisions shall be made in a nondiscriminatory manner specified by the School in the Charter. In all cases, student recruitment and enrollment decisions shall be made without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, sex, religion, ancestry, and disability.
