Common use of Eligibility for Membership Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Membership. An employee who achieved seniority prior to June 1, 2008 becomes a member of the Plan on the first day of the month coincident with or immediately following the attainment of seniority and his/her seniority date will then be established as his/her date of employment for purposes of this Plan. You will be advised when you are eligible and are enrolled as a member and you will be asked to submit proof of your age.
