Common use of Eligibility for Membership Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Membership. A new employee becomes a member of the Plan on the successful completion of the probationary period as stated in the Collective Agreement and his seniority date will then be established as his date of employment for purposes of the Plan. You will be advised when you are eligible and are enrolled as a member and you will be asked to submit proof of your age.
