Eligibility Requirement. An employee is eligible for entry to the Legal Broadband if they are required to perform legal work and possesses a degree from an Australian tertiary institution or a comparable qualification and has been admitted, or is eligible for admission, as a legal practitioner of the High Court or the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory or the Secretary decides that the employee's skills, qualifications and experience in relation to legal work are appropriate for entry.
