Eligibility to Serve. Each Independent Trustee shall retire as a Trustee as of the end of the calendar year in which the Trustee attains the age of 75 years.

Eligible appointees must be elected officials and compliant with Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.227, which, among other things, provides that local units of government staff may not serve as a Director.
