Common use of Eligibility to Use the Mobile Deposit Service Clause in Contracts

Eligibility to Use the Mobile Deposit Service. You must be enrolled to use the Navigant’s Online Virtual Branch (the “Service”), as well as the Mobile Banking Service, and have downloaded the Mobile App before you may apply to use the Mobile Deposit Service. We reserve the right to decline your request to use the Mobile Deposit Service for any reason. By using the Mobile Deposit Service, you authorize us to request and obtain, from time to time, consumer reports or other information from any consumer reporting agency. We reserve the right to change the Mobile Deposit Service at any time and in any manner, in our sole discretion. We will provide you with advance notice of any changes to the terms of this Agreement when required to do so by applicable law. Your continued use of the Mobile Deposit Service will indicate your acceptance of any such changes.
