Common use of Eligible Applicants Clause in Contracts

Eligible Applicants. The rules on eligibility of project promoters and project partners are set in Article 7.2 of the Regulation. In accordance with Article 7.2.4 of the Regulations, the following entities shall be eligible: Eligible applicants Eligible partners Call#1 Outcome 1, 2 and4 EEA FM Outcome 3 Norwegian FM Any entity, public or private, commercial or non-commercial and non-governmental organisations, established as legal person in Slovenia.
