Eligible Employees Initially Employed After Effective Date. If an Eligible Employee's initial employment date is after the original Effective Date of the Employer's GMEBS Plan, said Employee's Credited Past Service shall include only the number of years and complete months of Service from the Employee's initial employment date to the date the Employee becomes a Participant in the Plan.
