Common use of Eligible Vendors Clause in Contracts

Eligible Vendors. Funding Recipient may acquire Eligible Equipment and secure services for the delivery and installation thereof only from vendors that are acceptable to the City in the City’s sole and absolute discretion (“Eligible Vendors”).
