Observed Holidays Sample Clauses
The Observed Holidays clause defines which holidays are recognized by the parties for the purposes of the agreement, typically affecting business operations, deadlines, or service availability. This clause specifies the exact dates or the method for determining holidays, such as federal holidays or those observed by a particular organization, and may clarify whether holidays falling on weekends are observed on adjacent weekdays. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of non-working days, thereby preventing confusion or disputes regarding obligations and timelines that may be impacted by holidays.
