Emergency Communications Department. Employees newly hired into the job classifications of Communications Dispatcher I and Communications Dispatcher II, shall serve a one (1) year probationary period. During the one (1) year probationary period, an employee has no right to appeal and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority. Hours worked for the purposes of calculating the probationary period shall include paid leave time.
