Emergency Contact. 11.1 Each party shall ensure that an appropriate individual employed by the party is readily available at all times to deal with any emergency in relation to the Services or arising out of the Services that places life or health at risk. 11.2 For the purposes of article 11.1, the Compounding and Repackaging Pharmacy shall have a system in place to ensure that for 24 hours a day, seven days a week, there is a pharmacist available and readily accessible, who has access to the necessary information about any drugs compounded or repackaged as part of the Services.
