Common use of Emergency Evacuation Clause in Contracts

Emergency Evacuation. In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation of the Facility, the Service Provider shall evacuate ICE detainees in the same manner, and with the same safeguards, as it employs for persons detained under the Service Provider’s authority. The Service Provider shall notify the ICE COTR or designated ICE official within two (2) hours of evacuation.
