Emergency Meals During Overtime Shifts. During emergencies which require unusual amounts of overtime, employees who are required to work such excessive overtime shall be provided appropriate meals. Such meals shall either be provided by County contract, such as that provided on a fireline, or the employee shall be authorized a meal ticket. The determination as to how such meals are provided and the amount authorized shall be at the discretion of the agency/department.
