Emergency Procedure. 1. Whenever an employee is absent due to an emergency, the supervisor shall be notified as soon as possible so arrangements can be made for a substitute. 2. The Personal Leave request will state upon it that the person requesting Personal Leave is doing it according to the above guidelines and if it is found the guidelines have been violated, that person’s pay will be deducted for the time involved.
