Common use of Emergency Squads Clause in Contracts

Emergency Squads. CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain emergency squads in accordance with FDC policy and procedure to appropriately address any facility or staff disturbance, including those enumerated in section 5.24.4. CONTRACTOR’s emergency plan shall include details on how the emergency squad shall be deployed, what their individual responsibilities shall be, what the line of authority shall be, and the required training they shall receive. CONTRACTOR’s emergency squads may be augmented by the FDC Emergency Teams as defined in Exhibit C, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) – Emergency Response Team.
