Common use of Employee Benefits Committee Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits Committee. In the event that the County convenes a benefits committee to review its medical, dental, life and/or disability insurance plans during the term of the Agreement, the ONA may select one bargaining unit employee to be a member of the benefits committee.
