Common use of Employee Called as a Witness Clause in Contracts

Employee Called as a Witness. The Council will grant leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by an Arbitration Board, Public Interest Commission or an Alternative Dispute Resolution Process and, where operational requirements permit, leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by the Institute.

Employee Called as a Witness. The Council will grant leave with pay pay: (a) to an employee called as a witness by the Public Service Labour Relations Board, and (b) where operational requirements permit, to an employee called as a witness by an Arbitration Board, Public Interest Commission employee or an Alternative Dispute Resolution Process and, where operational requirements permit, leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by the Institute.

Employee Called as a Witness. 11.2.2.1 The Council will grant leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by an Arbitration Board, Public Interest Commission or in an Alternative Alternate Dispute Resolution Process andProcess, where and when operational requirements permit, leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by the InstituteAssociation.

The Council will grant leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by an Arbitration Tribunal or Conciliation Board, Public Interest Commission or an Alternative Dispute Resolution Process and, where and when operational requirements permit, leave with without pay to an employee called as a witness by the InstituteAssociation. Employee who is a Party Where operational requirements permit, the Council will grant leave with pay to an employee who is a party if in the opinion of the Council, a decision has been made in favour of the employee and leave without pay in all other cases.
