Employee Compensation. Suffer any material increase in excess of the reasonable range in the broadcast industry in the same or similar markets in compensation payable or to become payable to any employees, or any bonus payment made or promised to any employee, or any material change in personnel policies, insurance benefits or other compensation arrangements affecting any employees, provided that nothing in this clause shall be construed to limit or restrict the commission compensation of employees who may be selling brokered time for the Borrower.
