In order to preserve their rights under this Agreement, Employer and/or the Companies may advise any third party with whom Employee may consider, establish or contract an employment, consulting or service relationship of the existence of this Agreement and of its terms. Employee agrees that Employer and the Companies will have no liability for so acting.
