Employee, Delegate and Director. If the matter is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction at Step 1, the employee shall present the grievance to the Director (and/or designated representative) within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Manager’s decision. A conference between the employee (and/or Delegate or designee if requested by the employee) and the Director shall be held at a mutually agreeable time. The Director shall issue a written reply with fourteen (14) calendar days following the grievance meeting. The Union may submit a grievance under the provisions of Step 2.
