Employee Furnish Information to District. [a] The licensed employee shall be responsible to report and furnish copies of any summons, complaint, process, information, indictment, notice or demand served him/her in connection with such alleged assault or battery immediately after he/she has been served therewith. The Board will comply with any reasonable request by the licensed employee, his/her attorney or insuring company for any additional information in the Board’s possession which is relevant to the allegations and which is not privileged by law or policy of the school District.
