The update shall contain the following information as appropriate: 1. Date of Hire 2. Anniversary Date 3. Date of last promotion and/or reclassification 4. Tenure date/Multi-year contract including expiration date 5. Range and Step 6. Date eligible for next sabbatical 7. Accrued sick leave 8. Accrued vacation leave 9. Paid Leave Bank balances
