Employee Initiated Transfer. 4.10.2.1 A regular permanent employee may apply for transfer to another position of the regular permanent employee’s primary classification by filing a written request with Human Resources. The regular employee shall indicate the job site he/she requests transfer to in his/her application for transfer. 4.10.2.2 To be considered for voluntary transfer into a vacant position, a regular permanent employee’s last performance evaluation must reflect an overall rating of “Continue Without Reservation” or better, and the regular permanent employee must have submitted such request for transfer prior to Human Resources receiving the vacancy paperwork (RFP).
