Employee Investigation – Paid Administrative Leave. In the event that the Employer investigates an employee as a result of an allegation, the Employer shall place the employee on paid administrative leave for the duration of its investigation. The Employer shall endeavour to complete the investigation and provide the findings and disposition within one week's time. Should the investigation take longer, the Employer and the Union shall agree to an extension of this time line.
