Common use of Employee Observations Clause in Contracts

Employee Observations. 8.2.1 Probationary employees shall be observed for the purpose of evaluation at least two (2) times during the probationary period. The probationary period for employees covered under this Agreement shall be ninety (90) worked days from the date of hire with optional summer employment excluded. 8.2.2 Permanent employees will be observed for the purpose of evaluation at least once each year during the first two (2) years of employment and at least once every three (3) years thereafter.
