Common use of Employee Performance File Clause in Contracts

Employee Performance File. is the file containing current official copies of an employee’s performance plan, proficiency reviews, employee proficiency plan, and any supporting or related documentation concerning proficiency review. Section 3.A. The Agency has determined that the proficiency ratings and competency areas discussed in this section shall be used in rating employees’ annual performance.
