Employee Request for Hearing. The employee shall have ten (10) calendar days from the time the charges are received to return the Request for Hearing to the District to request an informal Xxxxxx hearing. Failure to request a hearing within the ten (10) calendar days shall be deemed to be a waiver of the right to a hearing.
