Common use of EMPLOYEE REQUIRED TO ATTEND Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE REQUIRED TO ATTEND. If an employee is required or directed to attend a training program, the Agency will pay full salary plus appropriate travel expenses and any tuition and books required by the course. If an employee is directed to attend a training session outside of regular work hours, the employee will be eligible for overtime as defined in the overtime Article.
