At the time time, the employee is placed on administrative leave, the District will provide the employee with an information sheet that informs the employeeemployee (1) about administrative leave and how it works; (2) that s/he can seek union and/or private legal representation; (3) s/he can access the District’s Employee Assistance Program; (4) about the procedure for getting access to his or her personal belongings, and (5) that s/he can get periodic updates on the status of his or her leave.
