Employee self-assessment. Each employee shall prepare a written self-assessment that includes the following: A self-evaluation of the employee's own performance during the relevant rating period; Suggestions for ways that the employee and the employee's supervisor can enhance the employee's contribution to the College's mission, goals, and objectives; and Suggested training and/or other methods to promote the development of the employee's career objectives at the College.
