Employee Status Pending Receipt of Test Results. All time spent administering an alcohol or controlled substance test, including travel time, will be paid at the employees’ regular rate of pay, or at their overtime rate, if applicable. The Employer shall pay all costs associated with the administration of alcohol and controlled substances tests. This includes testing of the “split-specimen” at a USDHHS-certified laboratory if so requested by the employee.
