Common use of Employee to be paid entitlements Clause in Contracts

Employee to be paid entitlements. On termination of employment by either the enterprise or employee in accordance with this clause, the employee will receive all entitlements under this Agreement that is owing to the employee on the last day of employment. Where the enterprise fails to make available all Agreement entitlements, along with a separation certificate, paid employment will continue until such time all such entitlements and separation certificate are forwarded to the employee.
