EMPLOYEE VICTIM OF AN ACCIDENT. An Employee who has been the victim of an accident at work and is unable to continue his work shall receive his usual pay for that day. If the serious nature of his condition requires him to go to the hospital, he must be accompanied by another person. If transportation expenses are incurred in going to the hospital, they shall be paid by the Employer if the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board does not cover the said expense.
