If it is necessary because of illness, transfer etc. to move belongings, which are locked up, safe storage place must be provided. When belongings are lost or damaged due to accidents on board or during travel to or from service, this shall be compensated for by maximum NOK 24,000,-. The liability for compensation may be relaxed or lifted according to fault or neglect shown by the employee.
