  • All Employees to be Members ‌ All employees of the Employer, as a condition of continuing employment, shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union. All future employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union from the date of hire.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).

  • Employees and Contractors The Recipient agrees to disclose Confidential Information to any agents, affiliates, directors, officers, or any other employees, collectively known as the “Employees,” solely on a need-to-know basis and represents that such Employees have signed appropriate non-disclosure agreements or have taken appropriate measures imposing on such Employees a duty to third parties: i.) To hold any third-party proprietary information received by such Employees in the strictest confidence; ii.)   • Removal of Employees City may request Contractor immediately remove from assignment to the City any employee found unfit to perform duties at the City. Contractor shall comply with all such requests.
