Employees Covered Under This Plan effective January 1, 2009, this Plan is closed and frozen to new participants and the accrual of additional credited service ceases as of December 31, 2008. Only employees who participated in the Plan on December 31, 2008, will be eligible for a benefit under the Plan. Section 2 - Service Eligibility to participate in the Plan, the right to future benefits upon leaving the Company prior to retirement (vesting), and benefit accrual are all based upon periods of service. Service is based upon the number of "hours of service" in each Plan year:

  • RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED (a) Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement for all full-time and part-time custodial/maintenance and food service employees employed by the Ionia Public Schools but excluding substitute and seasonal employees, executive and supervisory personnel and all others.

  • Employees' Compensation The Consultant shall be solely responsible for the following:

The policy must include workers’ compensation to meet minimum requirements of the California Labor Code, and it must provide coverage for employer’s liability bodily injury at minimum limits of $1,000,000 per accident or disease.

  • Covered Benefits Benefits for Bone Mass Measurement for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of osteoporosis are covered when requested by a Health Care Provider for a Qualified Individual.

  • NO DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT In connection with the performance of work under this Agreement, the Contractor may not refuse to hire, discharge, promote, demote, or discriminate in matters of compensation against any person otherwise qualified, solely because of race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, citizenship, immigration status, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, source of income, military status, protective hairstyle, or disability. The Contractor shall insert the foregoing provision in all subcontracts.
