Employees Defined. Tier 1 Employees (current employees) are defined as those individuals employed in a full-time position with the City of Fountain Valley beginning August 15, 2009 and earlier.
Employees Defined. For the purpose of this Agreement there shall be two types of employment as follows:
Employees Defined. Canpar Express Inc. (“The Company”) recognizes the Transportation Communications National Amalgamated Local 1976, United Steelworkers of America (“The Union”) as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees and Owner-Operators under contract with the Company.
Employees Defined. The term employee or employees as used in this agreement shall refer to the full-time paid employees assigned to the following classifications:
(1) Firefighter
(2) Lieutenant
(3) Captain
Employees Defined. 12.01 a) A full-time employee is one who is regularly scheduled more than twenty-four (24) hours per week on a regular and continuing basis.
Employees Defined. The word “employee”, as used herein shall mean all full- time and regular part-time office and clerical employees, administrative assistants and media assistants: excluding, administrators, teachers, substitutes, confidential employees, supervisory employees, students employed part-time or working in a co-op or similar program and all other employees.
Employees Defined. A. The term employee or employees as used in this agreement shall refer to full-time paid employees assigned to the following classifications:
1. Firefighter/EMT or Paramedic
2. Lieutenant
3. Captain
B. Any officer holding the rank of Chief, Assistant Chief, and the position of Secretary shall be excluded from the bargaining unit.
C. All references to firefighters and officers shall include both genders (male and female); wherever the male gender is used it shall be construed to include male and female employees.
Employees Defined. Throughout the term of this Agreement, whenever the term "Employee" is used, it shall be deemed to mean an employee covered by this Agreement.
Employees Defined. 3.2.1 An employee shall be any person working in a department which is included in the bargaining units as defined in Article 2.
