Employees' Eligibility to Apply on an Equal Basis for Posted Positions. All Regular Full-Time, Temporary Full-Time, and Regular Part-Time Employees who have completed six (6) continuous calendar months of employment, and all Auxiliary Employees who have completed 1500 hours within two (2) consecutive calendar years, shall be entitled to apply on an equal basis for any posted position in accordance with Clause 11.4(a).
