Employees' Eligibility to Apply on an Equal Basis for Posted Positions. All Regular Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, Auxiliary and Temporary Full-Time Employees who have acquired seniority shall be entitled to apply on an equal basis for any posted position in accordance with Clause 11.3(a).
