Employees Hired Prior to January 1, 2006. The Employer shall continue to provide, for all employees hired prior to January 1, 2006, under its contract with PERS, the 3% @ 60 pension benefit. For calendar year 2006, all employees hired prior to January 1, 2006, will pay an employee contribution of 4%. Beginning January 1, 2007, such employees will pay an employee contribution of 5%.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an Employee's vacation period, she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Employee.

  • Employees on Pre-scheduled Leave If an employee is on pre-scheduled leave the day of the closure, the employee will be compensated according to the approved leave.

  • Cyclic Employment Leave Leave without pay will be granted to cyclic year employees during their off season.
