The Judiciary shall provide notice to the Union whenever an employee is promoted or demoted into the bargaining unit no later than the first pay period after the change is reflected. The Judiciary shall also provide notice to the Union whenever an employee is transferred or reassigned no later than the first pay period after the change is reflected. Notice shall include the employee’s name, mailing address, work email address, title, division/work unit, work location and salary.
