Employee’s Regular Day Off on the Holiday. When employee is not regularly scheduled to work on the Holiday, the Hospital shall schedule the employee to work her or his normal status hours (rather than designate a PTO day) during the remainder of the pay period, if the Hospital needs staff to cover all such status hours.
